About the author:
Brian Bambrough is a retired actuary. He spent most of his career writing programs for other actuaries.
Brian has no training in medicine, nutrition, exercise physiology, or any of the other subjects included in this book. He relied on his computer and Internet search skills to assemble the material within.
Numbers are an actuary’s friends. Throughout his adult life Brian kept records of how much he ate, the exercise he did, and the statistics generated by medical exams. This data was used to prepare the “A Laboratory of One” chapter.
